What you get:

Weekly work sessions:

Every week we have work sessions designed for you to concentrate on completing the tasks you know you should be doing but have struggled to do.

Sunday sessions is our main session 7pm BST, (2pm US eastern)

  • First 30 mins, I run through discipline practises, habit development, and discuss motivation principles.

  • We then run a 1 hr joint work session split into two 30 minute slots.

  • After, (optional) we have 20 mins of Q&A on best work practises, and chilled chat

Midweek sessions:

Every Wednesday we have our midweek focused work session. Here I give a short welcome, we state what we are working on in the cha, and then we get going on it for two 30 min focused slots.

Monthly goal setting and strategy session

At the beginning of every month, (first Sunday) we have a goal setting strategy session. I go through principles on how to set goals you can actually achieve and then we set them during this session. I will send out a form for you to fill in with your goals. This stays private between you and I, but will serve as a point of accountability and to track progress.

Monthly review sessions and awards!

The last Sunday of every month, we will be reflecting on our month. I will be discussing how we can evaluate our performance, how we can learn from our experience and what you can do to improve for the next month.

There will also be awards for those in the group who’ve made significant progress, prizes to be won!

Workshops

Throughout the month, I will be running workshops on specific topics around building habits, discipline, consistency and running group Q&As to help you build that momentum.
