1. I’m feeling stagnant in my career
I’m stuck. I’m fed up of doing the same thing every day.
My life feels grey… I get up, go to work, sleep, repeat. I can’t keep doing this for another 30 years.
I dread Monday mornings earlier & earlier on Sunday.
I know I should change, but I don’t know where to start, I don’t like taking risks and the thought of changing things up is overwhelming :-(

I’ve got a good, stable job on paper, my personal life is good but I feel a sense of emptiness.
I‘m sure there’s more to life than this. I feel overwhelmed at the thought of change and don’t want to take a risk.
I have some ideas and things I’m mildly interested in but I don’t know how to take them further.
Other times I’m just not motivated to do anything.
4. I just can’t stop procrastinating all the time
I’ve got lots of things I could be doing but I just can’t bring myself to doing them.
Everyone else seems so much more productive than me, I think I might just be lazy and have no discipline.
I have such low motivation to do anything but I’ve never really tried to address it properly, I don’t have the energy to “address it properly”.
