1. I’m feeling stagnant in my career

  • I’m stuck. I’m fed up of doing the same thing every day.

  • My life feels grey… I get up, go to work, sleep, repeat. I can’t keep doing this for another 30 years.

  • Other times I’m just not motivated to do anything.

 

4. I keep procrastinating all the time

  • I’ve got things I could be doing but I just can’t bring myself to doing them.

  • Everyone else seems so much more productive than me, I think I might just be lazy and have no discipline.

  • I have such low motivation to do anything but I’ve never really tried to address it properly, I don’t have the energy to “address it properly”.

  • Maybe there’s hope…?
